bleach1423 asked: i don’t know whats wrong I’ve tried just about everything so please i need like a miracle here. i am running a version 6 linksys router and there is an ipod touch a gateway and a dell on the network oh and my xbox of course. i am using mac filtering but i cant find if it has a mac address. the 360 and the gateway are wired and my dell is wireless. the router is using wpa2-ask with the most up-to-date firmware on the router. i have wmp11 and when i go to try and share them nothing shows up in the allow list. i am also using zone alarm as my firewall. and yes they are all connected to the same network so that is out. i need like a serious genieus to help me please?
oh and I’ve looked some what around the forums at xbox.com and that didn’t help at all

Billy Rowe asked: I have linux mint, which is Ubuntu but with all the drivers installed.
I want to know what is the best firewall for linux. I use litespeed web server enterprise.
I want it to prevent intrusion attacks. DoS attacks.
I also want the option to maybe have online management, but will probably not happen because I don’t have apache.
I want the option to block IP and MAC addresses.
What does everyone think is the best firewall?
Software firewall, for web application.
