m c asked: I’m looking for a new computer, preferably a laptop, wondering which would be best deal between 5-800 dollars. I also want it to have a good wireless connection from a distance of a 200 ft radius(reason being my house is next to the school that my mom has which has wireless, i don’t i can get internet access with my boyfriends mac from our living room window, sorry if that’s confusing) anyways, i do like mac, i also like hp, but i’m looking for something that will be worth the price, and last long.

tristanrobin asked: I got the new iMac with the Intel Core Duo Processor – which is SUPPOSED to make it compatible with most Windows programs.
Well, my Photoshop Elements (which I used ALL the time) is no longer compatible – and they don’t have a version that is compatible with the new iMac…and no plans to do so.
Does anybody know a good, inexpensive program that will work on the new iMacs, Mac Version OSX 10.4.8., and with the Intel Core Duo Processor? I need to be able to adjust color, values, resize, and make images web friendly.
Thanks for any help! (I’ve tried the Macintosh Help Line and the Photoshop Help Line – neither have any suggestions).

So I switched to firefox and that worked normal for a while but now everything has spaces in it. Wo rd s loo k li k e t his
i mean, I’ve reset my browse and it doesn’t help.
It’s not just that one account that does it, it does it for another one I own, so what’s the problem? Is anyone else experiencing it?

My parents purchased a home in 2004, originally had a good loan and affordable-$2400/month. My father was bread winner and paid most of the rent. My parents divorced in 2005.
My mother alone, who was a first time home buyer, Indy mac loans under her name, had to pay the full rent til’ today. She has never been late/default on her mortgage payments. She works two jobs. She refinanced twice, once in 2005 and second time in late 2006 to drop down her monthly rent. Now, she is in negative amortization (she owes more than the house is worth, pre-penalty until Sept 2009 (then she will need to pay close to $4,000 of mortgage) on the 1200 sq. ft. house.
My mother being uneducated on the real estate business, and dealing with those sneaky mortgage consultants/lenders that set her up on these bad loan terms, now will need to pay about 4,000 per month next year.
can she do a loan modification to go back to at least $2400/month? Loss of Mitigation Dept.
-continued…we just heard of the Loss of mitigation dept in Indy Mac and seeking if we can negotiate…. if not then we all know where this is going..into foreclosure…

AI- best scorer on the planet (3rd all time in scoring-27.1 ppg, 5th all-time in spg- 2.2, he has 4 scoring titles, 3 stealing titles, an mvp and 10 all-stars, 3nd all-time in playoff ppg,rookie of the year) i know he is past his prime and old but he is still capable of being a top 5 scorer in the nba just last year he was 3rd! this year he got hurt so he wasn’t playing good. any way he is the best player ever pound for pound, inch for inch in my opinion also he was always considered better than kobe until kobe scored 81 (on 46 shots and 20 ft’s) which AI could do with the same shots probably more so wtf?
T-Mac was another player who was always being compared to jordan and clyde drexler and george gervin etc. When this dude is healthy i believe he is the best player in the WORLD he can score 40 points without breaking a sweat. also he has the best shooter’s mentality i have ever seen. i mean he has stretches where he’ll miss 7 in a row but then make 13 in a row. not even kobe can do that! whenever he plays kobe and he is healthy he always outplays kobe by far! also his 13 in 35, is one of the most clutch/unbelievable moments the game has ever seen. on top of that he’s got 2 scoring championships same as kobe. so what if he can’t get out the first round that just means his team sucks. he is 4th all-time in playoff ppg which means his scoring averages jumps up 7 ppg in the playoffs.
and finally VC. the dude has the most natural talent in the nba. the guys is a beast 6′6 with a 43 plus inch vert, and a 7ft wingspan! the guy admitted to never trying 100% in his career. so who knows what he could have done in his career. the guy also has been an olympic gold medalist, slam dunk champion, and is the greatest dunker of all time. also he is the most clutch player in the game based on percentage of game winner attempts. his stats are incredible ( rookie of the year and has career averages of 23.5 ppg 5.5 rpg 4.3 apg 1.2 spg and 0.8 bpg) in only 37 mpg which is a little bit for an average all-star
so why aren’t they even mentioned?
