Prettywoman asked: My account’s all paid up. Yesterday I deleted all my cookies and turned on the inbuilt firewall on my Mac. I just turned it off again to see if it helped, it didn’t. I’m asking you this question on my ancient old PC and dial up provider. Am I right that “no authenitcation” means my provider is suddenly not recognising me/my Mac after a year of happy usage?

Jaap B asked: Looking for software to transfer photo’s from camera to mac (10.5) map. No album, no fuss. just name the photo, accept or throw away and store.
I want to hook the camera on, the app will remove pics to file, open all files and keep them ready to rename and to review. iPhoto wants to put them in a very complicated structured map and does not open the pics for renaming and reviewing.

Todd C asked: I have my own sketches for jewelry designs including rings and watches as well as sunglasses. I am having the hardest time figuring out who to contact to manufacture my designs. I will buy software for my Mac to do CAD drawings but i’m not sure of the best software for that on a budget either.
