citysearcher asked: I switched from using a Dell laptop to a MacBook. I looked at the reviews for a MacBook and they were almost all 5 out of 5, averaging 4.9, the highest of any computer. The sales guys as Best Buy insisted a MacBook is best for my needs for what I wanted to do.
I purchased it to mainly for website design with Dreamweaver for an accounting site which involves lots of use of Excel and tables for which I have not purchased separate software yet (Office). I am hesitant to invest any more in software for Mac because the font is tiny, and the screen is small and very light. The words are really light in web-based applications. I have to switch to my old Dell Inspiron just to read some of my emails. Does any one know what is causing the light, tiny font? I know how to zoom, but that is kind of an annoyance and the font is still very light. I want to be able to read without straining and/or constantly adjusting the screen.
Should I ditch the Mac and go back to a PC? The screens are much larger, and fonts are darker. This will be esp. important when I finally get Dreamweaver. Now I don’t know why Mac is rated so highly for this type of work!
Any good advice would be appreciated as I am deciding whether or not to sell it.

* The only thing bringing me back to the mac is that it can boot windows “LEGALLY” and it has snow leopard. Is snow leopard faster, and more secure than Windows 7? What if I use Comodo Internet Suite as a firewall and protection and only go to AVG tested sites?

w/<3, Stephanie asked: Omg I’m freaking out so bad right now. When I plugged my iPod in to sync it, I had to unplug and replug like 3 times before iTunes recognized it. Then after it did, it showed my iPod as “untitled playlist,” instead of what I named it. Then on the bar that shows how much space each thing is taking up, it only shows photos and puts everything else as “other.” I went to sync it and since the last time that I’ve plugged my iPod in, I’ve only added 2 songs and maybe 8 pictures. And I know I have plenty of room. It’s an 8GB iPod Touch. So when I go to sync, it asks if I want it to delete enough albums and pictures so that theres enough space, and after I click no, it’ll say I don’t have enough room, even though I know I do. I can’t call Apple right now because it’s late. What do I do? I’m scared to restore it cuz I don’t want to erase the Software Upgrade I paid for.
I’ve never had any problems with my iPod, I’ve only had it for about 6 months. I’m really scared right now…this iPod means a lot to me.
I sleep with my iPod on and if I don’t I can’t sleep. Are you kidding?
Now there’s no music, video, or pictures on my iPod.
