MAC users: iphoto and photoshop photoshop elements ?

I would like to buy the aperture 2 software but cannot afford it.
Do u think that if I buy the photoshop photoshop (which is half of the price of the aperture 2) to use it whit the iphoto will be ok for editing and mangaing digital photo?

Help with Dreamweaver Pls?

Dreamweaver is driving me insane.
I am trying to upload my site on mac osx.
I had problems with it before but it turned out I had just put Public_html instead of public_html.
So now I go back to Dreamweaver a week later to update my site and synchronize it, and it`s saying the ‘ftp error, cannot connect to host site’ etc etc and I just dont get what`s wrong…
My index.html is where it should be (hasn`t been moved or renamed)
My host site is correct (our teacher gave it to us and it`s up and running bcuz other students sites are working correctly)
I have my corrcet username and password (capitalized)
The passive thing isn`t on (other students didn`t check the passive box so I won`t either)
don`t think it`s the firewall settings bcuz other students didnt have any problems with their sites. plus i cant access the firewall bcuz its admin password protected.

please help!

I have 3 computers, each needs a completely different and unrelated IP address AND Mac address. HELP?

laptop/router question?

hi, my mom’s using a laptop (not a mac) and she can’t seem to connect to the router. Everyone else in the house can but she can’t. she used to be able to until just recently. And now the only thing that helps is she keeps having to system restore it and it’s getting ridiculous cuz she has to do it almost everyday. Just recently she system restored and it didn’t work this time. The router says it is connected in the corner, there’s no problems there but internet gets the ‘page cannot be displayed’ error. neither firefox or internet explorer works. I know she uses avg free and she uses tiny personal firewall but her firewall is not blocking it. It’s odd because she can connect to my aunt’s router when she is at her house but not ours nor any of the neighbors around here works.
help?

School starts next month and I have already begun planning my first day outfit. I am going to be a second semester college freshman. Well I already know I want to rock a Coach bag and I’m going to wear Mac eyeliner, mascara, and kiss gloss (I don’t care for Mac’s gloss).

Several guys on my campus wear make-up all the time and people don’t really pay it any mind. And last semester I always wore eye make-up and gloss, but now I want to start wearing liquid foundation. I like the Covergirl liquid foundation brand.

Whats your opinion on guys wearing make-up?

I really try to go for a light natural look. MAKE-UP DOES NOT COVER UGLY IT ENHANCES BEAUTY.

Can I run an antivirus on windows installed on a mac?

Uploading pictures on windows live on a macbook?

WHEN i was using my other laptop,in order to select more picts at the same time i used to do this:
open msn hotmail
click on -attack a photo
and then my computer opened all my albums, and i was able to see my pictures and select more of them at the same time. Then. when i was done woth my album i would just click on/add other file ,select another album and do the same again.
The problem now with Mac is that when i have to attach somehting, there is no more the option- attach a file \ attach a picture, but just attach a file. And when i am trying to slect more pictures, it oesn t let me, so i can just select one picture a time..
